The drugs that are covered are grouped into different tiers at the company’s discretion, and each has its own regularly updated lists. Most companies provide phone numbers to answer questions about drug formularies, reimbursement forms, and the possibility of having specialized medications for chronic conditions delivered to your home at no extra cost.
